Newton Ram Open Rules

To be eligible for Prizes in Members or Open Competitions run by HPGC, any winner(s) should have a Handicap Index that reflects their current playing ability. For an entrant in a competition to be eligible to win a prize they must have a fully developed handicap index (20 qualifying scores) in accordance with WHS guidelines which must include three (3) competition qualifying scores in the preceding twelve (12) calendar months. Should the prize winner(s) not have a fully developed HI including 3 competition scores in their playing history, they will be ineligible to win the Main Prizes.
