Haydock Park Golf Club is inviting applications for the position of Head PGA Professional.

Founded in 1877 and soon to celebrate our 150th anniversary, Haydock Park is a proud members’ club with a rich heritage and an exciting, forward-thinking vision for the future.

With around 550 playing members, the club hosts a wide range of competitions, including County events and representative matches. In addition, Haydock Park enjoys strong demand from visiting golfers and societies throughout the year.

We are seeking a motivated, ambitious, and highly professional PGA Professional to work in partnership with the club. The successful candidate will play a key role in enhancing the golfing experience at Haydock Park, while developing a profitable and rewarding business for themselves and their team.

Key Responsibilities

The Head Professional will be expected to:

              •  Deliver exceptional customer service and a contemporary retail experience

              • Provide expert coaching for golfers of all ages and abilities

              • Offer advanced custom fitting and club technology advice

              • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-quality support team

              • Work closely with the Golf Committee on competition planning and management

              • Enhance the visitor and society experience with a welcoming and professional approach

              • Use Intelligent Golf for tee sheet management and reporting

              • Communicate effectively with members using digital platforms

              • Develop and promote junior golf within the club
