Visitor Rules

1.0 General Information


1.1 The temporary member fee ( less deposit already paid ) is to be paid to the Professional on the day of the visit before play commences, along with a list of names, golf clubs and handicaps of all the members of the party. All fees are to be paid either by cash or cheque ( made payable to Haydock Park Golf Club Co. Ltd. )

1.2 Current Handicap Certificates may be required for inspection on the day.

1.3 The organiser is required to confirm to the Secretary/Manager, at least three days prior to the visit, the guaranteed number in the party - which must equate to at least 80% of the original number booked. Should there be additional players shown on the reservation they will only be allowed to play if circumstances permit.

1.4 Play must be from the tee of the day.

1.5 Sit on buggies are only permitted by prior arrangement.

1.6 The use of Mobile telephones at Haydock Park Golf Club is prohibited both in the clubhouse and on the course. They should only be used on the car park areas.

1.7 The playing of a Texas Scramble competition is prohibited.

1.8 Drinks brought to the Club must not be consumed within the boundaries of the course and clubhouse.

3.0 Use Of Snooker Table

3.1 Visitors may use the table provided it is not required for use by club members.

4.0 Valuables

4.1 The Club does not accept liability for the loss or damage to visitors effects on the Golf Club premises.

4.2 Golfers should have appropriate insurance cover for themselves in the event of damage to third party property or injury to third parties due to an errant shot. Haydock Park Golf Club does not accept liability from any golfer action under these circumstances.

5.0 Disputes

5.1 In the event of any dispute arising from the above, the decision of any member of the Committee present at the time, or of the Committee's duly authorised agents, namely the Secretary/Manager, the Professional or Steward shall be final.
